Shipping Policy

Processing
Orders placed Monday through Thursday begin processing as soon as payment and order details are confirmed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin processing the next business day. Processing times can vary during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.
U.S. shipping choices
- Standard Shipping: $8. Free on U.S. orders of $165 or more.
- 2-Day Shipping: $45 for eligible U.S. orders placed Monday through Thursday.
The two-business-day estimate begins after the order is processed, accepted by the carrier, and scanned into transit. It does not include processing time, weekends, holidays, or carrier delays. 2-Day Shipping is not an overnight or same-day service.
Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email or phone number entered at checkout after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact HBTBEAUTY as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.
Carrier delays and delivery issues
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other events outside HBTBEAUTY’s control. If tracking shows an exception or a delivered package cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then email HBTBEAUTY with your order number.
International orders
International shipping options and available carrier rates are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and any local import charges.
