These Terms govern your use of the HBTBEAUTY website and your purchase of HBTBEAUTY products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.
Products and product information
HBTBEAUTY makes reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of human hair can cause slight differences in color, texture, curl pattern, or appearance.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees are shown when available. HBTBEAUTY may correct listing or pricing errors and may cancel and refund an affected order.
Orders
An order confirmation means the order was received; it does not guarantee acceptance. HBTBEAUTY may cancel, limit, or request verification for an order because of availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or another legitimate business reason. Any amount due after a cancellation by HBTBEAUTY will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping choices, pricing, timing, tracking, address responsibilities, and delivery limitations are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item reports, and cancellation requests are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, or altered is generally not returnable for hygiene and quality-control reasons, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, violate another person’s rights, scrape or overload the site, transmit malicious code, or use the services unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The HBTBEAUTY name, logos, branding, website copy, graphics, photography, videos, and original product presentation are owned by or licensed to HBTBEAUTY and protected by applicable law.
Third-party services
The website may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBTBEAUTY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
HBTBEAUTY may update the website, products, policies, or these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
